HealthCheck will automatically run hundreds of system commands and compare the existing system administration to Avaya's recommended configuration settings. In addition, the HealthCheck Tool will run the Avaya Software Compatibility Audit (ASCA) report.  ASCA will display what versions of Software and Firmware are installed on your system and will display the latest versions that are generally available for various solution components.

Go to http://support.avaya.com scroll down to "Related Links," click on "Health Check" and enter your "Sold TO" number

Step  2

Pick product family or select "all products eligible for HealthCheck Reports for this location," "add," "delete," and "Create Report."
